SMS Signup Disclosure Example

This page shows the SMS consent language used in Haircut booking flows for public compliance review. Marketing consent is collected on its own separate, unchecked, optional checkbox — independent of transactional appointment messages, and never a condition of booking or purchase.

Example consent form

Transactional (no checkbox): If you add a mobile number, Haircut may send you transactional text messages about your appointment (booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices) for the shop you book with. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Marketing (separate, optional): (Optional) I agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages from Haircut about the shops I book with on Haircut. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
