Email hello@vibedevelopment.ai and include your shop name (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.
Account and data
You can delete your account from the Haircut mobile app: open Settings, scroll to Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your login and profile data from our systems.
Shop owners who delete their account will also close their shop on the platform. Active Stripe subscriptions or Connect accounts may need to be cancelled separately in your Stripe Dashboard.
