Messaging program description

Haircut and participating shops send SMS only to clients who have voluntarily opted in to this messaging program. Providing a mobile number for booking or shop contact does not by itself enroll someone in SMS; users may complete a booking without opting in to promotional or program SMS.

Opted-in messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotions from the selected shop.

Message frequency: Varies by appointment activity and shop settings.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.

How users opt in

Users may enter a phone number to complete a booking without agreeing to SMS. SMS program consent is optional, presented as a separate unchecked checkbox with clear labeling. Checking the box is a voluntary opt-in only; it is not required to finish scheduling or purchase. The checkbox disclosure states program purpose, message frequency notice, message/data rate notice, and STOP/HELP instructions.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. For help, reply HELP or email hello@vibedevelopment.ai.

Privacy disclosure

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are used only to support messaging in Haircut and are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
